Ayane, Kotone, and Kazushi go to the water park on their day off and everything is going swimmingly. Well, until Kotone’s swimsuit can no longer hold on, leaving Kazushi to shield while Ayane gets some new swimwear!

What happened?

When they came out of the changing rooms, it was Ayane that was feeling more self-conscious and not Kotone. However, after playing in the water for a while, Kotone realised her bikini top was struggling to contain her. Ayane teased her some and before long they were pushing and pulling at each other’s boobs. Kuzushi could only watch on in horror/amusement. It didn’t last long as they decided to go down the waterslides. That was the final straw for Kotone’s bikini top.

Kuzushi used his body to shield Kotone from prying eyes while Ayane ran to buy a new swimsuit. Rather than stand there where everyone could see, Kuzushi took Kotone into a storeroom. If someone came along, he would explain. In the meanwhile, they are in a secluded storeroom and Kotone is topless. Well, what else were they supposed to do? That’s right, they had sex. Luckily, Ayane found Kotone a bikini that fitted her and they were able to enjoy the rest of their day at the pool!

What did you think?

All right, we made it all the way to the last episode before I had to pull the logic card out. When Kotone’s bikini top fell off, there was clearly a far more appropriate response. Ayane could have fished it out of the water and helped her put it back on. Then, Kotone could have waited in the changing room until Ayane found a new swimsuit. I’ve worked at a pool like that one and there’s no way anyone is sneaking into a storeroom. If someone lost half their bikini, you better believe a lifeguard will spot that. One might miss it, but there are often several at a pool like this.

Anyhow, any excuse for some swimwear is fine by me and I’ll even put away the logic card… for now. This wasn’t a bad episode and it did push things a little further, although there’s nothing sexy about a storeroom at a swimming pool. The image on the screen was pretty accurate, although we can’t smell it in the anime. Sorry, I did it again. So, what were we talking about? That’s right, it’s the bikini/swimwear episode.
