What happened?

Things really were awkward between Ayana and Kazushi. She avoided his gaze, ran off when he asked a question, and was generally uncomfortable in his presence. After her routine with the cheerleaders, Kazushi decided that he needed to clear the air with Ayane or things would just get worse. He took her away from the crowd and asked her to talk. She suggested the girls’ locker room as they wouldn’t be disturbed while the events were going on.

Ayane revealed that she was feeling a little awkward and embarrassed after they had sex. She definitely didn’t hate him though, which was a relief. Kazushi patted her on the head and told her that he was lonely without her coming over. She took that as a hint and leaned in. Just as they were about to kiss the doors to the locker room burst open and some girls ran inside to change. Ayane and Kazushi managed to hide in a locker, however, their closeness was causing other issues. Ayane just needed to remain quiet!

What did you think?

This episode reminded me of the scene in The Testament of Sister New Devil where Basara and Maria were hiding in Mio’s locker. The main difference between the two shows was the depiction of actual sexual acts. Makes you realise just how close many ecchi shows are to becoming full-blown hentai. Some more so than others, obviously. Anyhow, it was nice to see that Ayane wasn’t mad at Kazushi.

It’s interesting seeing the variety of sexual acts and positions that the show has employed so far. No doubt that will continue which is probably the best way to work with such a small static cast. Had there been more characters they could get away with doing the same things over and over again. Of course, more characters would mean more voice actors. Anyhow, the variety is nice. Let’s see what else they have in store for us.
