What happened?

Tsuda was tired of living in a dump, so while drunk, she decided to purchase a robot maid to keep things clean while she was at work. After browsing a number of sites, she pulled the trigger and just bought the next one she found. Then, she forgot all about it until she came home from work to find a massive box outside her apartment door. After dragging it inside, she collapsed into her bed and promptly fell asleep. She was awoken sometime later by a naked girl in her room. The girl soothed Tsuda back to sleep, allowing her to use her chest as a pillow.

When she woke in the morning, Tsuda was surprised to discover that it was not a dream. There was a naked girl in her bed. Well, she wasn’t a girl exactly. She was a gynoid – a humanoid sex robot, called Nadeshiko. This had to be a mistake. It was illegal to sell humanoid robots to the public. Tsuda opened her web browser and searched for the site from which she purchased Nadeshiko, but it wasn’t there. What was going on? Anyhow, first things first, Nadeshiko needed some clothes. Unfortunately, the only thing Tsuda had that would fit her was her old high school uniform, which had been in storage for ages.

Tsuda went out to buy some more clothes, including underwear, however, Nadeshiko guilted her into taking her along. However, that caused more problems than she could have imagined with errant gusts of wind and Nadeshiko’s programming which was always looking for ways to serve her master. Talking about masters, Tsuda still needed to complete the process to officially become Nadeshiko’s master, however, there were a couple of things stopping her. One – it’s illegal to own a humanoid sex bot and two – to do so, she had to put her finger into Nadeshiko’s vagina… There were several perks to becoming her official master such as being able to wake her by voice command rather than having to delicately activate a button in Nadeshiko’s mouth with her tongue… Tsuda really was having a tough old time of things…

What did you think?

I picked up this series because the covers reminded me of Asumi-chan is Interested in Lesbian Brothels so that thing about never judging a book by its cover is garbage. I’ve bought so many books because I love the cover. You really can’t go wrong with a good cover… Anyhow, while this series reminded me of Asumi-chan, it didn’t quite have the same impact. Unlike Asumi who is searching for her long-lost love by visiting lesbian brothels, Tsuda has drunkenly bought an illegal sex robot from a mysterious website. It doesn’t have the same sort of hook. That said, it was still a lot of fun. My favourite thing was how Nadeshiko kept trying to trick Tsuda into becoming her official master. The best instance of this was when she had been pleasuring Tsuda and asked if she could receive just this once. Tsuda was so close to doing it too before realising what Nadeshiko was up to.

Obviously, there is the mystery behind where Tsuda bought Nadeshiko from and also the mysterious invitation she received at the end of the volume inviting her to a meeting of sex robot owners. I’m really looking forward to that. I also can’t wait to see if Tsuda does become Nadeshiko’s official master, although surely that’s a formality. I can’t see them dragging that along for too long. In fact, even though this wasn’t as good as Asumi-chan, I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next volume. There are four volumes at the moment with the fifth one scheduled to be released in April 2025.
