Hinako’s reacquaintance with Junko went surprisingly well. However, it didn’t last. Carla realised that someone had reversed time at least two times and she had a very good idea who it was!

What happened?
Junko suggested that they go to café to catch up on old times, however, as they made their way there, Carla spotted a black cat for the second time. She froze and began to recite the series of bizarre phrases designed to be noticed by the time traveller. It was clear to her that Junko had purchased the Save Point made from Takeru and if she had reset time a couple of times already, then it was clear who her opponents were. Hinako was delighted to do away with the false pretences and get down to business. Of course, Junko was ready, as was her companion – Wendy, who was actually the ancient weapon Junko defeated to claim the Holy Sword.
Even though Ellis stomped Wendy into a building when she threatened Hinako, she was not close to being done. Wendy was actually an ancient weapon designed to be the perfect counter to giants. She transformed into her original form and attacked. The citizens fled as rubble and debris flew in every direction. Ellis did her best to save as many people while Wendy couldn’t care less about collateral damage. However, Wendy had not prepared for Ellis, who was unlike most giants. Thanks to Hinako’s efforts, Ellis had trained with several different warrior types learning how to fight. Wendy couldn’t do anything to stop Ellis’ attacks.
Ellis landed a massive attack that split Wendy’s spine in two. Then, she used Druid magic to grow a giant tree in the middle of Wendy. Even with her regeneration abilities, this was going to be a hard defeat to come back from. Ellis, however, was ready to go and help Hinako with Junko. Bizarrely, Hinako and Junko were sitting down to have tea. Hinako told her about the Save Point and Takeru. Junko claimed that she didn’t know when she bought it and now that she did, what was she supposed to do. There was nothing they could do to save Takeru. Regardless, Hinako was not going to just leave it at that!

Well, that was an epic fight. Ellis is truly an incredible fighter. However, it’s her intellect and determination that make her truly terrifying. She’s able to adapt to the situation and use all of her talents as and when she needs them. Even Wendy noted that should Ellis become an enemy of the world once more, no one would be able to stop her… Once more! Does that mean Ellis has been around for aeons or is it just that she is the pale giant or White Titan? I can’t wait to get some more answers.
So, Junko and Hinako are about to start fighting, and that is possibly the most fascinating thing to look forward to. If Junko has used the save point several times already, that must mean that she has died several times already. The big question is who killed her and how did they do it. It’s clear that Junko started off with two cheats since Hinako didn’t accept hers. Plus, she has the Save Point, which is basically another cheat. What can Hinako do without any powers of her own? Also, what’s the story with her terrifying shadow?
And finally, there was another bonus chapter at the end of this volume which showed the High Elf asking the King for permission to use a weapon to stop the fighting in the city. This entire segment was utterly wild. The King appeared to be a brain in a jar and they all appeared to be inside the giant ancient spaceship which is now the castle in the middle of the city. We met a couple of paladins who recognised that they were no match for Ellis. Then, we saw another paladin, a giant from the same clan as Ellis, going to fight her. So many teases. I can’t wait for the next volume to become available.
