My Girlfriend is Shobitch (Episode 4) – S-So This is How it Goes, Huh…
What happened?
Rina Saijou seemed like a perfectly normal girl which was a relief for Haruka who has seen nothing but crazy for a while now. However, Rina finishes her introduction by saying she likes to roll around with hairy men. She was talking about her dogs… Anyhow, she soon starts talking to Haruka and Akiho and reveals that she’s keen to find out more about men and is curious about how a boy-girl relationship works!
To get to know each other better, they all go to the zoo, inviting Shizuku Ariyama too. They’re keen to see all the animals mate… Haruka can’t catch a break. Meanwhile, Akiho’s parents decided to visit the zoo too, as did Kanata and her friend. Eventually, it’s time to head home so Shizuku takes Rina away, giving Haruka and Akiho some alone time, however, they bump into Akiho’s parents who are looking for somewhere to rest since Natsuo twisted his ankle. It would appear that they all found a love hotel!

What did you think?
Rina seems like a good addition to the group, especially as she brings a different perspective and one the other girls can really play off. I can’t help but laugh at Haruka’s misfortune as the girls continue to embarrass him and create misunderstanding after misunderstanding. That’s the best thing, seeing Haruka realise that everything they say could be taken in a different manner. My favourite moment was when Akiho suggested Rina talk to a staff member to find out about men. She introduced her to the school nurse and told her that Haruka wasn’t able to hold her interest. Poor Haruka.
The innuendos just keep coming and as a huge fan of innuendos, I just can’t get enough, this series is shaping out to be a lot of fun. There’s nothing deep and meaningful, although some of the relationships do have a sweet side to them, so if you are looking for something silly and entertaining, then this might be the series for you. Ironically, there’s barely been any real ecchi moments. It’s all implied and primarily focused on everyone taking things the wrong way.
