Koushi Becomes a Dorm Mother

Koushi was starving. He had no money, no place to stay, and no family to look after him. Without a place to live, he couldn’t go to school or get a job. Luckily, Mineru, a college student took pity on him and invited him back to her house for a warm meal. Realising he was filthy, she allowed him to use the bath too. Unfortunately, three of her housemates were already in the bath.

When Koshi realised, he ran. However, he ran straight into another housemate and ended up inside her skirt. The girls ran out of the bath and tried to restrain him until Mineru told them it was her fault. When they heard about his home, Mineru offered him a job as the dorm mother. It would give him somewhere to live and pay him a salary. They just had to convince Atena, but she hates men and he was just inside her skirt…

The Problem with Mineru and Frey

Not long after accepting the position as dorm mother, Koushi began to suspect he had gotten into something stranger than he first imagined. Everyone seemed to refer to the dormitory as the problem dorm and were glad they didn’t live there. Koushi decided that he would try to clean up the image as well as the house and went around collecting trash.

Mineru answered her door in just her panties and lab coat as she was in the middle of an experiment. Koushi crawled away telling her that he would collect trash every morning and that she should have clothes on when he does. Before he could collect his thoughts, Frey dragged him into her room and put him in a cat-boy cosplay. She loves making costumes and dressing people up. She also needed him to measure her so that she could make costumes that would fit her. What had he gotten himself into?

What did you think?

Well, if this isn’t every teenage boy’s fantasy distilled into an anime then I don’t know what is! It was outrageous, throwing Koushi into the deep end from the off. The girls are all nicely drawn and full of life. I’m looking forward to seeing more of them as we spend more time with each girl. No doubt, it will rotate the cast. This was actually very funny and I found myself laughing way more than I thought I would.

There was a brief moment of confusion when it started to play the end credits in the middle of the episode. It would appear that each episode is split into two parts and they play as if they were short episodes back to back. I enjoy shorter anime episodes and they definitely worked with this series. I’m not expecting the “plot” to get too involved, but this seems like it will be fun nonetheless.
