What happened?

After capturing the assassin, Seiichi handed her over to the Valkyries who intended to get some information out of her. Luckily, Lorna has completed Eris’ instructional course on interrogation! Seiichi isn’t sure about this but then he learns thank the king was cursed in the attack and is doomed to sleep for all of eternity. He offers to help in whatever way he can.

Seiichi is shocked to learn that the king was Ranze who he met in the cafe. Regardless, he’ll need to invent a new spell if he’s to break the curse. He tries to picture it in his mind, but gets flustered and starts chanting “get better” in his head. Then, he accidentally says it out loud. To everyone’s surprise, it works and the king is healed.

As his reward, Seiichi asks that he be able to train with the Valkyries. Ranze tells Seiichi that he dreams of a world where everyone can be at peace and can bathe naked together… Meanwhile, the king that summoned Seiichi’s class has sent them away to learn magic and gain experience, but someone attempts to assassinate him. Luckily, he’s already sent someone to get Ranze…

I feel like a lot of the reveals were kind of backwards in this episode, but that’s fine. We’re not here for that. In this episode, Seiichi confirmed his status with the Valkyries and left Louise’s brother with a strange feeling when Artoria and Saria introduced themselves. Lulune’s introduction didn’t help either. Anyhow, his harem is growing and shows no signs of stopping. It was funny that Lorna had trained with Eris and they seemed to practice on Gustle… There’s something vaguely interesting going on in the background, but again, that’s not what we’re here for.
