Nozomi steps into her first real Keijo match and is blown away by the crowd. She has to adjust quickly though as the deciding match is about to get underway. Who will win the East-West War????
Keijo!!!!!!!! (Episode 11) – The Castle of the Final Match!!!!
What happened?
Kazane and Non were distraught that they lost in the second match, although no one is blaming them. It was a great match and unfortunately, that’s just the way it goes sometimes. At least, they still have a chance to win the war. Nozomi is joined by Rin Rokudou, Hanabi Kawaii, and Saya Kogatana as they face off against Sugura’s best team. The final match will take place on the Castle Land which is like a floating castle. As soon as the bell goes, Nozomi charges towards Maya Sakashiro, determined to show her that their school is worthy of their respect. Something that their coach failed to show.
After a couple of failed attacks, Nozomi decided that she needed to get in close and work out exactly how Maya was able to attack with no wind up. Surprisingly, that meant sticking her face into Maya’s butt, much to Maya’s surprise. Even more surprising, Nozomi worked it out using her nose and then taking the hit to the face. It hurt, but it was worth it. Now, she knew how to fight Maya. However, no matter how hard Nozomi hit her, Maya never dodged. Not even once. Nozomi attacked with the Vacuum Butt Cannon over and over again, but still, Maya stood firm.
Meanwhile, Rin and Hanabi found themselves battling with Hikari Muromachi and her blinding boob attack and Midori Morimoto whose butt seemed to get harder the more they hit it. Luckily, Hanabi worked out how Hikari was blinding them – she had oiled up her boobs and was using the sun to dazzle them. Then, while they were recovering, they attacked. However, once they knew what was going on, things changed quickly. Rin raced in to attack with speed and a dazzling boob flash of her own. She tossed her bikini top into the air, blocking out the sun. That gave her the chance to send Hikari flying.
However, she wasn’t out yet. Hikari and Midori performed a bizarre technique that allowed them to become a single fighter by sharing a pair of bikini bottoms. That allowed them to hit twice as hard. Rin couldn’t keep up and was about to be knocked off the land when Hanabi saved her. She refused to move no matter the cost. Then, Saya Kogatana appeared, having deflected Tae Yokosugi’s unstoppable Attack on Butt Titan move. She casually walked into the fight and then quickly dispatched Hikari with a quick-draw nipple attack. Rin and Hanabi took advantage of the shock to send Midori flying too. However, a unique feature of the Castle Land is that it sinks a little every time two fighters are knocked out. Meanwhile, Nozomi appeared to have awakened Maya’s alternate personality – Saya, the number one Sugura player!
What did you think?
I love how this show makes fun of other Shounen battles series with the variety of insane fighting techniques. Of course, having to come up with techniques that utilised the butts and boobs of the girls must have been a hilarious activity to put one’s self through. The Attack on Titan move was hilarious although the one where Hikari and Midori merged by jumping into a single pair of bikini bottoms was probably the funniest moment. I say probably because Nozomi ramming her face into Maya’s butt and then commenting on the smell of her shampoo absolutely takes the cake.
This has been an amazing race and I can’t wait to see the conclusion in the final episode. I had to laugh when it started showing us Maya’s backstory in a flashback like she was the villain about to undergo a redemption arc and it also showed just how odd her coach/adopted mother is. Imagine you meet someone and the first thing she asks you to do is break a bed with your butt… The biggest surprise in this episode was the introduction of Saya Kogatana who I assumed would be fodder since we’d never seen her before. She was absolutely badass and totally captured the spirit of the strong girl with a sword (even if she didn’t actually have a sword). Why have we only just met her?
