Pochita tries to get friendly with Mike Nekotani in the hopes of making it back to his house, however, she’s terrified of dogs. Even tiny ones. Then, when a centipede slips onto her clothes, Pochita has to get it off.

What happened?

Pochita tries his hardest to warn Mike about the centipede but she’s too afraid of him to understand. She tries to run away, but trips and knocks herself out. Pochita sees his chance and goes after the centipede. However, it crawls inside her shirt, forcing him to follow. As he fumbles around in the dark, Mike’s bra becomes unhooked and then she rolls over, almost crushing Pochita. Luckily, he managed to grab the centipede and climb over her boobs to escape out the neck. She woke up and panicked, throwing him across the room.

However, Pochita noticed that Mike had grazed her knee so he moved towards her slowly and began to lick the wound. That was when Karen came back and she did not look too pleased. Surprisingly, she kicked the wall, stubbing her foot. Then, she removed her sock and asked Pochita to lick her wound. He did, aware that if he delayed she might do worse. Then, Karen discovered that Pochita was inside Mike’s shirt so she lifted her skirt and asked him to get in. Again, he was left with little option but to comply. Mike went home and thanked Pochita for getting the centipede before leaving. That night, Karen came into her room wearing just her underwear and a dog tail and ears. What was she planning now?

All right, so we had a fair idea that Karen was a little out there, but when she kicked the wall to get Pochita to lick her wound, all sorts of alarm bells went off and I think Mike heard them too. Karen is crazy! Another thing that I’m unsure of is whether Japan has deadly centipedes. Everywhere I’ve lived they are just creepy but not harmful. If that is the case in Japan, there was no need for Pochita to upset an already troubled Mike. Either way, I was impressed that she noticed what he did.

Of course, the crazy didn’t stop there as we were treated to Karen dressed like a sexy dog crawling on all fours to play with Pochita. This series is bizarre, hilarious, and oddly unmissable. It’s like driving past a car accident. You can’t help but look and no matter how bad it is, you can’t look away. Not much progress on the how-he-became-a-dog front, but I think he took a step towards getting back to his home.
