YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of This World (Episode 16) – Within Unmoving Time
What happened?
The trip to the beach left Kanna exhausted. Takuya took her home and put her to bed, giving him a chance to look at her bank book once more. There were payments from his father every month, but then he found something even more puzzling. It was a photo Kanna and another girl (who I think looked a little like Eriko) in front of the strange stone structure, but there was something odd about it.

Takuya confirmed with Mio about the stone structure and discovered that the third stone in the picture had been removed in 1945. Could Kanna really be that old? Yuuki comes into the club room and tells them that he saw the stalker again. Takuya later bumps into the stalker, Hojo and tells him to get lost, even though he claims that Kanna know’s where Takuya’s father is.
Eriko pulls Takuya aside to discuss Kanna and reveals that she has transferred schools twenty times that is always within a range of Sakaimachi. Later a poster is put up revealing Kanna’s sordid past, prompting her to leave school once more, but Eriko has sent Takuya to help her.

What did you think?
There was some more mystery in this episode and some potential answers. It looks like Kanna has been alive for a long time and she knows all about Eriko. Detective Hojo had an audience with Ryuuzouji and I don’t think that’s going to end well for him. The question now is whether the reporter, Ryuuzouji’s other agent, has really found anything new. It feels like forever since Takuya used the reflector device so I feel like that’s coming. I think things should be getting very interesting soon.
